I sometimes play Counterstrike... However I can play whenever your ready... Look at the XFire contact with me and we'll play sometime.

Yeah same here. I play only counterstrike 1.6 and Condition Zero.

Heh....I'll have to wait to play you until i get it working  ...for some reason Steam doesn't feel like showing up when I start it up...and when I try to restart it, the nonrunning program says its already running....no luck on reinstalling  ....and to tihnk I actually BOUGHT this one... |

Well... You could make it shut down with the crtl+alt+del then in applications tab, you click steam and then you make it stop running. Then you could possibly make yourself rerun it. It might not work but just an idea.

Oh believe me, Ive tried everything from that to online faqs to online support...im thinking of reinstalling the ENTIRE CS, but i dont really wanna....what a pain in the arse...

Wow... I don't think I've ever run into that in all my years of steam(ing pile of C as some say). I pretty exclusively play 1.6. I'm thinking of buying into Condition Zero but I wanna get Halo past my parents first. (I'm also on Xfire: chezzestix or [LoE]Socius Communis)

I don't really know how you can install it any other way... I just installed from my friend's steam account. =P

Not really.... I downloaded steam and installed it, when it asked for my code I gave it the code and then I downloaded the multi player version. Maybe you could give some stats on the system your running maybe I could get a clue on your troubles from that.

Well, I fixed the Steam issue so that now I can run it and I can see it >_< ...I tried to install CS but everytime I try to download it, the server is "too busy" to process my request. Then I think to myself...I PAID 30 BUCKS FOR THIS!!! HURRY THE F*** UP AND GET UNBUSY...then I just go play D2 and PWNZOR zero and I'm happy ;D

Mainly because of the fact that you die wayyyy too easily on there compared to the other Counterstrikes.
